1. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized partners.

  • A minimum advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.

  • Full payment must be completed before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Prices are subject to change based on distance, vehicle type, duration, and special requirements.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-Show: If the customer fails to appear at the pickup point without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Service Use and Conduct

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring all details provided at booking (pickup point, time, contact info) are accurate.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances are not allowed in any of our vehicles.

  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger(s) must be compensated by the customer.

4. Vehicle Allocation

  • The assigned vehicle will match or exceed the category booked (e.g., Luxury Sedan, SUV, Tempo Traveller).

  • In rare cases of technical issues or unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar or better vehicle.

5. Driver and Safety

  • All chauffeurs are professionally trained and verified.

  • For long-distance trips, comfort and safety breaks will be scheduled.

  • The driver reserves the right to deny service if passenger behavior is abusive, threatening, or unlawful.

6. Delays and Liability

  • While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or force majeure events.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all passengers wear seatbelts where applicable.

  • Do not overload the vehicle beyond its legal passenger capacity.

  • Arrive at the pickup location on time to avoid delays or missed appointments.

8. Privacy

We collect and use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such collection and use.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
